7:DO Try to create a regular sleeping pattern! Try and achieve 8 hours of undisturbed sleep each night.

8: DON’T forget about your mental health! Keeping your mind happy and active is just as important as functional fitness.

9:Try to strength train twice a week, but DON’T get disheartened if this docent happen.
